Joshua Lindley Mateo is a dedicated licensed physical therapist currently seeing patients at Solar Health Physical Therapy & Acupuncture, located in Flushing, NY. With his strong experience in rehabilitation and Pilates, Joshua brings his unique expertise and insights to his current practice.

Joshua earned his bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center. In addition to his formal education, Joshua also keeps himself current with the latest therapeutic advances in physical therapy through seminars in various specialties, such as management for chronic pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and myofascial release.

Joshua has an extensive experience in assessing and treating neurologic, orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and geriatric conditions. He is specialized in using Pilates as an approach to address musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Additionally, he often incorporates various modalities into his treatment plan, including manual therapy, electrical stimulation, joint mobilization, kinesio taping, and therapeutic exercise programs.
