It is estimated that during the pandemic, more and more people are having neck and shoulder pain. It could lead to more usage of phone when you are looking down and causing lots of pressure or your neck. Our therapist, Justin, is going to demonstrate 2 simple exercises that you can do anywhere to release the tension.
